No doubt the hotel Danube on rue jacob in the 6th district. Lovely hotel entire staff speaks english and they will treat you like royalty. But make your reservation now as they are booked up months if not years in advance

A nice hotel with a view and a terrace describes a lux hotel. Other than the Lutetia located in the 6th dist. (left bank), I am not certain if there are any others there that offer a view and terrace.

What about le Bristol in the 8th district-they've got terrace suites from around 1300 euro.

The Danube is a little budget and has no terraces. They do have a very nice & helpful staff .Anywhere in the 6th would be my choice, I love rue Jacob. You can do a text search, there is also the Millesime,D'Aubbuson,D'Angleterre,L'Abbaye St Germain, and the Duke de Saint-Simon.
I also love the Ille St-Louis and the Lutece.Ask for a room at the top in the front, you can sit in the window and look over the rooftops.

Doesn't the Parc St Severin in the 5th have a suite with a terrace? Try looking that one up, there have been lots of favorable comments about it.
