need to finalize hotel in Rome advice needed

Family of 4 traveling to Italy this summer. Have received rates and availability on the following hotel.
Residenza Cellini
Nicolas Inn
Albergo Del Senato
Hotel Portoghesi
Albergo Santa Chiara
Hotel Aberdeen
Availability is either 1 quad room or 2 double and rates are very similar. Could I go wrong in booking any of these hotels?

Have you considered a B&B or apartment hotel? You'll have more room. Go on Romeby.com and take a look.

You won't go wrong with Albergo del Senato, I assure you! Loved the hotel and its location! Would stay there again. Enjoy Rome, it's amazing!

We stayed in the quad at the Santa Chiara a few years ago. It was a 2 room suite with 1 bathroom. The kids had a room with 2 twin, and we had a room with 1 large bed. I believe there was also a small refridgerator in the room. It was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. I do remember the shower stall being tiny.

I can't compare to the others.

I just wanted to add, being a family of 4, having 2 bathrooms which would be the case with the 2 doubles, may be a plus for you. We were OK with 1, but 2 would have been nice.

Hi ch,

Both Nicolas Inn and Albergo Del Senato have gotten good reviews on this board.
