Need info on hours open

I am going to Rome/Florence/Assisi the last week of May. Can anyone fill me in on specifics of when museums, churches, etc. are closed, e.g. Are they closed on Sundays... are museums closed any specific times or days a week?
Any and all info wil be much appreciated

Grazie,

Cesca1

Hi C,

They close on different days.

If you google the names of the places you wish to visit, you will find the info you seek.

they have other links for other cities too. A google or yahoo search will also tell you everything you need to know.

On arriving in the city, go to the tourist office and get the complete schedule from them. Try to get a Xeroxed schedule rather than a glossy printed one; they tend to be more up to date.

Rome; Via Parigi 5 (near Roma Termini)

Florence: Via Cavour 1

Assisi: Piazza del Comune

Every city is different and every site is different - and being Italy the actual times are often different from the published times available from the tourist office. Use those as a guide - but if someplace REALLY matters to you - call them directly and check when you get there.
