We need some honeymoon help! My fiance has tried repeatedly to contact Hotel Miramare in Positano and Villa Cimbrone in Ravello, to book a room for the second week of our honeymoon in July. He filled out the request forms on their websites twice and got no response. He also tried calling Miramare, and the person who answered said, as best he could tell, that she didn't speak English and that he should call back later. Any advice on what we should do? Both hotels look beautiful and I'm worried they'll be booked by the time we get through!

We're staying at Miramare for our honeymoon in Sept. I just sent an email last week and got a response - very odd that you're having problems.<BR><BR>Maybe you should try addressing the email directly to Nicola - or call and ask for her on the phone. She speaks English.

Try sending your reservation request by fax, and note in the fax that you have been trying to reach them by e-mail.
