The best I can suggest is that you keep checking back in the hope that Brotherleelove and/or bg_collier (there's a reply of his today on the thread "5 days Greek islands"
will have replied to your question. They are, in my opinion, the two posters who probably know Greece best.
Many, many years ago when I was in Greece, on almost any island one could rent rooms very cheaply from the locals, who would put aside a room or two in their homes to rent to tourists -- and the rooms were almost always impeccably clean. I'm not at all sure whether that is still possible.

Here is a listing of accommodation on Santorini between 40 and 90 Euros per night for a standard double room:

Many of the places listed have Web sites.

Much depends on when you plan to travel. 75 Euro doesn't go very far in the summer months, but you should still be able to find something if you're persistent. Just keep Googling for cheap hotels until you find it. From the website below you can take a look at some choices in the differet villages of Santorini. I can recommend the Delfini in the most beautiful village of Oia. I don't have a clue about Mykonos.

Outside of the July/August hi-season, you can find rooms around the 30€ mark maybe 50€ for Mykonos a notoriously expensive island. These roughly double in the hi-season. These prices are what you might expect asking around on the respective islands. Prices listed on internet sites are usually the 'official price'- approximately double.

Here's a link to a good deal on Paros, a small hotel owned by an acquaintance of mine, Michael Shepherd:

I'll be staying there myself in May for a few days.

Well it depends on where you would like to stay on Santorini (ie; beach, caldera, or in a "town"
On the beach:
Irinis Rooms is a fantastic place located on Kamari beach. It is insanely cheap compared to the other hotels that line the waterfront. The rooms are fantastic with great views.

- also there is decent bus connections to the villages of Oia and Fira among others during the summer months
