I purchased tickets and got seat assignments for RT Boston/Naples in October through BudgetAir. Would like to find confirmation that Alitalia has this reservation and seat assignment in its records, but can't figure out how to do that on the Alitalia website. I'd really appreciate some advice. Update: I called the Alitalia call center and the experience was much better than I had anticipated and they answered my questions.
