Need advice on how to check Alitalia reservation
 

I purchased tickets and got seat assignments for RT Boston/Naples in October through BudgetAir. Would like to find confirmation that Alitalia has this reservation and seat assignment in its records, but can't figure out how to do that on the Alitalia website. I'd really appreciate some advice. Thanks very much.

You might try calling their office.

Go to checkmytrip.com, enter your reservation number and your name. Good luck.

nytraveler: I was hoping to avoid having to call Alitalia and to be able to do it myself online.
treesa: i registered on checkmytrip and am unable to access the information on the website.
thanks to you both anyway. I hope someone else has more info on checking a reservation online...

Update: I called the Alitalia call center and the experience was much better than I had anticipated and they answered my questions.
