Will be in Napfilo next July and looking for hotel recommendations. Othon II looks nice and price is within our budget. Any comments or other recommendations

We enjoyed The Ilion and were given a suite in an adjacent building with a water view balcony. The staff were so helpful there.

Hi...Stayed at the King Othon II in May 2005. We were there three nights. We had the room with the balcony, king bed, and wonderful harbor view on the top floor. Be sure to request a harbor view. We were very pleased with the hotel. It is right in the center of town. Parking was on the street but we had no problems. We would return there very happily. You probably already have this but just in case, www.kingothon.gr Allow enough time, Nafplio is very charming.

Hint: from the OthonII, go down to the harbor and left, to the end of the strand, for the last restaurant, right on the water. It was very nice when we were there last year. Also, gelato at a place right behind the Grand Bretagne (sp?). Have a great trip.
