I apologise. i did not see your message. Thank you for your kindess about baby.

Buses to beaches usually operate one or two times per hour so do not worry.

It has been some time since I walked where you talk about as I sail when south of island.

But yes it is ok to do what you wish but Paradise and Psarou are different sides of Platis Yialos so you will need much time. Maybe choose one or others. If not, you will walk right then all back to walk left past Yialos again. Or take bus direct to Psarou and walk back to Yialos then little boat to Paradise/Super Paradise. They operate every hour.

It may be good idea not to take too many places as you do not have much time. You will not enjoy.

Thanks again, Thanos. I am a bit confused 'coz, sorry, but I just followed your earlier e-mail. Also, the walk will start from Platos Gialos and not Platis Yialos (are they the same?). Please refer to your earlier e-mail.

Hi all! I just thought I would impart some advice in this thread as I've been to Mykonos before and *absolutely* loved it! A friend and I were there back in early October 2001 (originally planned to leave DFW for there back on 9/14/01, but due to 9/11 the trip was pushed back) and in trying to decide on where to stay, I used this site:

http://mykonos-accommodation.com/homepage.htm

The people that run this business couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel my friend and I were first going to stay at was going to be closed when we got there in October, so we had to find another hotel. We settled on the Mykonos Palace Hotel. Go here for a look:

http://mykonos-accommodation.com/myk...lace-hotel.htm

It was a very nice hotel and if (and when) I go back, I'll probably stay there again.

On our last day there, we had booked a high speed ferry out, but due to the extremely choppy water, the people at M.A. called us up and arranged for us to fly out (I think we got a refund for our ferry tickets...it's been awhile). Thanos has posted some great info here, so hopefully you'll find what you're looking for!

Cheryl,
Have a look at this
www.greeka.com/cyclades/mykonos/mykonos-map.htm
Psarou then Platys Gialos then Paradise. Platys Gialos is in the middle.

I apologises. I tried to say if you start at Platis Yialos then go to Psarou then return to go to Paradise it is long way back and forwards. I think only of you saying before you did not have much time.

Gaspard describe it much better!

Platos Gialos and Platis Yialos is same place for me.

Thanks so much Cris, Gaspard and Thanos. The map really helps. Now, would anyone answer my original question? Is the walk between those 3 beaches doable? If so, how many minutes does it take to walk from Psarou to Platys Gialos; and from Platys Gialos to Paradise? If it is not doable, should I just rent a car, take a cab or the bus in visiting those 3 beaches?
