moderate restaurant in Monte Carlo?

Hoping for suggestions for not-horribly expensive, but still great food. Prefer something unglitzy, kind of laid back, but with good service. Thanks for help.
By the way, do people ever eat dinner as early as 7:00 in that area?

7 pm is early for dinner - but many places will be opening then. Sorry can't reco specfics for moderate - we were there only a couple of days for a meeting so everything was upscale.

Restaurant Castelroc (in front of Palais Princier)
Restaurant Saint Benoir (overlooking Port Hercule, facing Monaco ville
Maison du Caviar (Monte-Carlo)
Quai des Artistes (north side of Port Hercule)
