March Airfare (CDG) question(s)

The Air France fare sale in May was a promotion in conjunction with their listing on the NY Stock exchange on 5/05.From east coast gateway cities the fare was $500 for one and $50 for the companion. I believe I paid $550 for the first fare and $55 for the companion ticket - ORD-CDG. With taxes added it came to a total of $793 for two.
This past March we flew ORD-CDG on BA for $298 each RT. So you can see there are definitely some bargains for March travel.

spring break for most schools is in march this year due to an early easter, so i personally would not wait.

I went to Paris out of Chgo mid Mar 04 and got booked my airfare in Jan for the trip and paid $400.
