Marais hotel suggestions?

My boyfriend and I are staying the Marais district in Paris for 2 nights. I've heard that the Hotel Jean D'arc is a great hotel to stay at. I sent in a reservations request, however, I also heard they fill up fast. Do you have any other suggestions for hotels in that area that aren't too expensive? We'd love to pay under 100 Euro a night.

We couldn't get in to the Jeanne d'Arc so we're staying at the Hotel du Septieme Art next week, for 75 euros. The hotel is nothing to write home about, I understand, but you can't beat the price and the location is terrific (20 rue St. Paul).

We have friends who will be in Paris at the same time and they are staying at the Jeanne D'Arc (they made their reservations in December) so at least we will have an opportunity to check it out.

Thanks Elle for your suggestions! We were actually able to book a room at the Jeanne d'Arc! Will let you know how we liked it

I like the Jeanne d'Arc a lot. It's such a great location. There is a little Basque/Southwest restaurant - Auberge de Jarente - just a block up on the same side that has very good inexpensive food and a nice small restaurant atmosphere.

My family stayed at the Grand Hotel Jeanne D'Arc a few years back. It's in a very good location. The room was nothing special but very clean. The bathroom was extremely clean. It's a good deal for the price and location.
