Most likely lousy but very variable. Avg high in Sept as a a whole is 66, low of 52; so later in month a tad lower; often rainy or cloudy - bring great rain gear. I've been in London often during this period - sometimes really nice, high 60s but often overcase with the proverbial "sunny spells". But London in any weather is a great place to be.

No one and no site can tell you what you'll have in late Sept. It could be horrible, fabulous, or anything in between. "Average" temps are just that -- average. Every year is different - and even more so in the UK since the weather is VERY changeable.

Wait until about 5 days before you leave and THEN we can give you a hint.

If you can't see St Paul's Cathedral from the London eye it's raining - If you can see it, it's about to rain.
