I might consider letting a room in my flat!
All mod cons, converted church, on the Jubilee Line so will speed you directly there. Anyone want to make me any offers? (ps you'll have to share the flat with me, I'm not missing this!)

I'll certainly need to be renting rooms out to pay for the increased tax bill I'll be seeing.
But somehow, I doubt two weeks' inflated rents, even in Flanner Towers' hundreds of bedrooms, will make the slightest dent in the next seven years' orgy of ill-managed spending on useless projects.
The people of Moscow, New York, Madrid and Paris don't know how lucky they've been today. And one of those lovely cities can now look forward to Mrs F and me being with them for the whole summer of 2012.
You see, in every cloud....
