Hi
In Paris I think the Libertel Bellechasse is all one hotel.
Search here on it by name, and look at Hotel rants and raves comments.
Comments have been favorable.

Bellechasse (or at least last I knew) is one of the many libertel hotels. I once stayed at the Bellechasse for just one night before returning to the states. It was the tiniest room I've ever had anywhere. I asked for another and they said there was no way to change -- that's all they had (although I had booked months ahead!) Recently there was a thread here about how tiny is tiny for a hotel room. My comments were based on that room.

The location is great; just 1 block from the d'Orsay and the Seine. The breakfast is also good. The rooms are tiny but decorated nicely and very quiet.

My husband and I managed to stay a week here last September without a problem other than we had to keep our large suitcase closed and upright in order to get out the door.

I would say location and a quiet room made up for its size.
