last night// Roma or near FCO???? Help!

We have a 9:45 am flight to return to the US. What do you think? Last night in Rome? Or should we stay near FCO? How long will it take to get to FCO in the morning.. Rush hour??? Any help greatly appreciated.

I had a 9:20am flight to Montreal leaving from FCO. I left my hotel near the Pantheon at 6:00am (extremely little traffic) and got to the airport by 6:30am. Used one of the suggested shuttle services I found on the forums here (forgot the name of it, but it cost 35 euros). Spend your last night in Rome.

I vote stay in Rome. At the early hour you need, it will be a quick trip.

I have had several very early flights and absolutely would always choose to spend my last night in Rome. Very little traffic in the early morning and I love Rome late at night.

Just tell them what time your flight is and they will tell you when they need to be at your hotel.

Yes, that was it. The one Genie posted is the one I used. The driver arrived at my hotel right on time.
