Kensington Rooms

Someone asked about this hotel but somehow- the responses resulted in an argument and nothing of substance was said about the hotel....

Does anyone have any first hand knowledge of this hotel? It looks modern and great by the website but haven't seen any reviews or comments.

THanks.

I've never heard of this hotel (not that I'm an authority on London Hotels)...are you sure this is the correct and complete name of the hotel?

I don't know about an argument, but there is a budget hotel in Paris named Kensington that Rick Steves recommends and he can cause arguments (by me, too, because he bugs me sometimes).

landj: I haven't stayed there but someone might have info if they knew Kensington Rooms used to be called the Kensington Europe Hotel. The name wasn't changed that long ago so perhaps a new thread with the old name might get better response.

(and yes, it is in London)
