Yes, there is a ferry from Como town to Bellagio which is also on Lake Como. Hope someone else can provide more details. Come to think of it, I've only taken the passenger boat. Maybe someone else can comment on whether there is a car ferry also. Since there are lots of car ferries between Bellagio, Menaggio, and Varenna, plus on to Cadanaebia, etc. I'm assuming there must be one that goes to Como.

Bellagio IS on Lake Como. There are both ferries and regular (i.e. not car-carrying) boats among the towns on Lake Como. There's a webiste with the schedules. I don't know whether I still have it bookmarked. If you cannot find it, post again, and I, or someone, will look for it.

Be aware that there are two different schedules--one (I'll call the "express"
only makes 2-3 stops between Como and Bellagio and takes 45 minutes. The other ("I'll call the "local"
makes many stops and takes 2 hours.

And make sure you catch the local, as it is much better to view the lake from the decks of the steamer, and the lake and its shoreline villages and towns are well worth savouring.
The express is a fairly grotty enclosed hydrofoil - not pleasant unless you are in a real hurry, and I hope you are not.
The 2 hour or so steamer trip will be on of the highlights of your holiday I suspect.
