Is it only me day dreaming of Italy?

I daydream about Italy all the time. I am always planning my next trip there. Do any of you do the same? If not Italy, where do you daydream about?

Of course, I'm daydreaming as well... Can't wait to go back. We're trying for this March or maybe even June as a graduation present for my son.

We visited with my husband's family last year...next time, we're going to sew where my ancestors were from...amazing and beautiful country.

Me, I'm dreaming of the Elusive Butterfly of love.

You might wake up some morning
To the sound of something moving
Pass your window in the wind
And if you're quick enough to rise
You'd met the fleeting glimpse
Of someone's fading shadows

Out on a new horizon
You may see the boat in motion
Of a distant carib wind
And if you need press your ear
You might hear footsteps running
Through an open meadow
Me too Jackie. I leave for Italy in
mid October but I am already thinking
about next year's trip. You can make
your daydreaming worse by down loading
a screen saver of gorgeous photos of
Italy at www.Flippi.net.

Heck no, it's not just you! I daydream about my return to Italy in November. And when I go on hikes, I think of possible hiking trips to South America, etc. I can't even look at a map without dreaming up an itinerary.

Thank you all who responded. I am glad Italy isnt elusive... So I will go on my merry way with thoughts of vineyards, marble statues and misty little canals in my mind....

You are not alone,I am planning our 4th trip next summer. I started the day we got back in July. This site is a comfort zone until our next trip. My husband is not as crazy as I am,though he loves Italy and thinks all the info I get on this site is great. I could use a gelato(nocciola) just about now.
