Ireland's Murphy's Pub's

Ok this probably sounds silly. But I read someones trip report about all the Murphy's Pubs she went to and wished she had taken pictures of all of them for a photo collage. Since my last name is Murphy I thought this would be a cute idea. Wondering if anyone knows of any Murphys Pub's (or Murphy anything else) at any of the locations i'll be pass'g through. I've already checked the places I'm staying in and have those. I've been reading these blogs for awhile but I never joined until now. I am going to Ireland in August. We are flying in Cork and out of Shannon. Other places will be Killarney, Cashel, Dingle, Doolin, Galway, Limerick (not in that order)

Dingle has everything!!
Cork Plato Murphy's on Hanover St, and of Course Murphy's Stout http://www.murphys.com/whenitrainsitpours/
Killarney http://www.murphysbar.com/
Limerick, Murphy's Parnell St
Shannon, Murphy Browns
Doolin None (only 4 bars anyway) but Murphy's in Lisconnor
Galway High Stret.
Cashel, you have to go out to Golden for Murphy's Bar.

You know, every plural isn't possessive.

My daughter is pedantic about grammar, being Dyslexic myself I am just happy to write readable words.

t2p - my wife has become enamored with your name.

We have a wild racoon that's been visiting lately, and has decided to name him tony2phones.

A good beer is all I want during our trip to Ireland in July-August. Lagers during the day and ?? at night.

Here's some OTHER listings:

And, remember MacCarthy's Law -- EVERY bit as immutable as those of Mr. Murphy: "NEVER PASS A BAR WITH YOUR NAME ON IT!"

That apostrophe is important if you're doing a search -
type in "pubs" and you'll find a wealth of information.

Bob referenced this but if you haven't read it, the book McCarthy's Bar is wonderfully funny. I also subscribe to his Eighth Rule of Travel.

Tony -- If it's any consolation, MY barber keeps noticing the shrinking dark hint of hair buried within the white ... ;-)
