Ireland MId-September accommodations and other tips

Hey everyone

We are planning our road trip to Ireland, two weeks in the 15th-30th of September.
We'de be very thankful if you could help us find nice but not too expensive accommodations (we are not peaky - four walls and a roof, nice, clean b&b with hot water in the shower is enough, we're not looking for 5 stars hotels)
Of course, any other tip (you think we are too ambitious?) is welcome!

When all the details will be final I'll share our complete itinerary

Our itinerary is:
15/9 - landing in Dublin at noon, staying in the city and resting
16/9 - Dublin - Wicklow/ Glendalough - Kilkenny (renting a car)
17/9 - Kilkenny - Kinsale
18/9 - Kinsale - Baltimore
19/9 - Baltimore
20/9 - Baltimore - Killarney
21-22/9 - Ring of Kerry (TBD where we sleep on the 21st) probably finishing at Killarney again
23/9 - Killarney - Dingle peninsula - sleeping in Tralee
24/9 - Tralee - Doolin
25/9 - Doolin - Galway
26/9 - Galway
27/9 - Galway - Dublin (returning the car)
27/9-1/10 Dublin

Thank you

I stayed at the Jurys Inn in Galway and really liked it. The rooms are modern and clean. The whole hotel seems very well maintained, and the front desk is really helpful. I'd recommend getting the breakfast buffet, too. The location is perfect. Turn left and you're in the Latin Quarter, which is Galway's pedestrian area, with restaurants, shops and pubs. Turn right and you're at the River Corrib, and a 10-minute walk along the river to Galway Cathedral.

Good luck on the planning - following along as we to take a similar trip in September next year or the year after. I will admit up front, if you get good feedback I am "stealing" your itinerary as you have a lot of what we want to see on your itinerary.
