How to get from Mykonos to Kusadasi (turkey)?
We are travelling to Greece and Turkey in September. The itinerary we were considering was - Athens -> Santorini -> Mykonos -> Kusadasi -> Istanbul.
I have done a lot of internet search but am unable to find ferry/flight information for travelling from Mykonos to Kusadasi (or even other nearby place in Turkey).
Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
Thanks.

rads - not without doing some googling, but there are likely some links here - http://www.greektravel.com/ - which is a site well worth reading anyway if you're headed to Greece.

Hi
I looked up www.gtp.gr. Seems you'll have to take a ferry from Paros to Samos. Easy enough to get from Mykonos to Paros.

I was on a package cruise with Louis cruises out of Athens. The ship first stopped at Mykonos for some four or five hours and then went direct to Kusadasi.
I recall a German couple on the cruise that boared after Athens and left before the return to Athens. They told me it was possible to do part cruise on the ship They got off the ship at Santorini. The name of the ship was AQUAMARINE.
Some enquiries may unearth a result.
The link shows the company I booked with. I only went on the cruise. Did not use air flight option.

Searcing the internet will bring up various agents who deal with the Louis cruise line.....GOOD LUCK

There's a ferry service direct from Mykonos to Chios (about 4 hours). From Chios there's another ferry service to Cesme, Turkey (less than an hour). We didn't get to Cesme by that route but we did use a local coach to travel from there to Kusadasi which stopped at Ephesus on route. It's been a few years since we did this but I am sure that bus trip was about 2.5 hours.

This year there is no ferry from Mykonos to Samos. First you have to take a ferry from Mykonos to Paros or Naxos and catch the Hellenic Seaways ferry from either of those islands the rest of the way to Samos. It leaves Paros at Midnight and gets to Paros around 6am.

AussieJ, the same ferry I mentioned above in 2009 now stops at Mykonos instead of Paros and Naxos on the way from Piraeus to Samos. http://www.tinyurl.com/22w2ze6
Other Options are Lesvos>Ayvalik, Chios>Cesme, Kos>Bodrum or Turgutreis, and Rhodes>Bodrum, Marmaris or Fethiye.
