Mykonos to Istanbul?

There are car ferries from Mykonos to Samos, leaving at 01:15 or 01:430 depending on the day of the week. The trip takes 4-6 hours to get to Vathy, where you can then catch a ferry over to Kusadasi and from there a bus onward into Turkey.

More apologies--upon further inspection of www.gtp.gr I see that there are also some other departure times as well, 22:40 and 23:40, depending on the day.

You may possibly get a connection from Mykonos to Vathy(Samos), but you may well have to go to Paros. You must contact the greek ferry agents on Mykonos/Paros for the exact situation.
The arrival in Vathy(Samos) will generally be around 06:00 which will enable a same day connection with Kusadesi (Turkey). Incidently Samos is far more attractive island than Mykonos.
