Hotels In Rome

I will be in Rome on Sept 22/23,and have been looking for accomodations for a party of 5.
I am not sure which of these hotels is better?
1)Sardi house(Red rose B&B group)-Euro 120 for 5 people, with breakfast.
2)Casa Cristina II,(Cristina Hotels) Euro 150 for 5 people.

Does anyone know, which of the 2 is better? In terms of location, service and cleaniness etc.

Thanks.

Yes, there was only one review posted for Casa Cristina, was not very helpful.

I stayed at Red Rose in 2003 (or was it Blue Rose?) and it was okay. Kickass AC as I recall. But the breakfast was very meager. Location was a little out of the way and the neighborhood was a tad creepy. No horror story to be sure, but I won't stay again.

The Rose I stayed at was on Princ. Umberto. I'm pretty sure that's the Red Rose but I could be wrong.
