Repost with the hotel's name in the heading. "Hotel in Paris" is a very vague heading that will usually go unread.

well, I don't quite agree with that myself, as I think hotel in Paris is fairly descriptive and most folks who consistently read posts about Paris will open it. I would say the reason you may not get responses is that no one has ever heard of that hotel, it is very obscure. I have been traveling there for many years and am a travel addict in reading guidebooks and info on Paris (and boards like this) and I have never heard of such a hotel.
So, I think that could be the problem, it is obscure. If you do want a more elaborate heading, just something like "Any info on Hotel St Daniel, Paris?" would be more specific and fine, I think. Be sure to include Paris in the title, as you did this time.
