Hotel in Oia with "easy" walking/climbing

I would like to know if someone can recommend a good hotel overlooking the caldera, with a pool, private terrace, for 10th wedding anniversary trip, that does not require too many steps to climb to get around the property and not too far from town? Any suggestions would be really appreciated. Thanks!

It's not easy to find a hotel with a pool located so that you don't have steps to climb, but if I remember correctly the Anemomilos Hotel will suit your needs. The room rates are quite reasonable. Check out this website.

By the way, Oia is a small village, so nothing is "far from town".

Thanks Brotherleelove for your help. Would you say this property is on the "budget" side? I want something nice with views etc. but . . . I tried finding reviews on it -- but a hotel in Folegandoos (sp?) keeps coming up -- are you sure it is in Oia? Thanks.

I promise you that the link I gave you above is for the Anemomilos in Oia. Yes, it's a budget hotel but not a shabby one. It has a pool and caldera views and very easy access without all the steps.

To be honest Oia is a hilly place with a lot of steps, it is after all on the rim of a crater. The same thing can be said for Thera as well. The resorts of Kamari and Perissa are flat if that is of any help to you. Neither has the views of course.
