I found this information on a Stones fan web site:
"The Richmond Hill Hotel (Richmond) or The Petersham Hotel , (Richmond), both these hotels are only 15 mins bus / 30 mins walk from the stadium, and Richmonds a really cool place, with excellent bars/restaurants along by the River Thames.
There is very little accomodation, in Twickenham itself, apart from B and B's , so i'd definetly try out Richmond or nearby Kingston (15 mins further up the river.) Try these sites for local tourist info:

The Park Lodge Hotel in Teddington is very close to the Teddington train station, and closer to Twickenham than Kingston.
In Twickenham, the only thing I know of is Pope's Grotto Hotel, which is on a bus line that takes you to the Richmond Station.
Good luck!

david_m11: The others gave you good suggestions - but how long is you visit? If it is just one night those are good choices. But if it is more than the one night of the concert you might be better off staying in central London and traveling out to Twickenham. There would be a lot more places to choose from.
It makes more sense to see London centrally and travel once out to the stadium than to travel in to London several times from a Teddington/Twickenham base.
