Has anyone stayed at this hotel? I'm trying to decide between this and the Hotel Belvedere for two nights in April. Any info on either hotel would be appreciated.

HELP! Also, does anyone know if either hotel is in the center of town. If not, how far from the center is it?

It is NOT in the center of town, though it looks nice - - they show the location on this web page: http://www.venere.com/cgi/hotels/pgw...4&ref=7622

Here's a pretty good map of Bassano del Grappa - - http://www.comune.bassano.vi.it/citta/pianta/index.htm - - and as far as I can tell, the street isn't on this map.

For no particular reaso, I decided to take a look at the address - - Via Cunizza da Romano - - on www.mappy.com

...and it's really not that far from the center.

You can look for yourself there.

Thanks for helping me out, Rex. I looked on Mappy and indeed it doesn't look too far from the center. The hotel's website says it is 1 km from the center. Are you familiar with the Hotel Bonotto Belvedere? Is that closer to the center? Which hotel is nicer?
