Bring warm clothes..We were there this past June and we were literally freezing.
I had to buy a warm sweat jacket with a hood for my grandaughter and a sweater for me.
It was cold ,drizzly all the four days that we spent there.
Every so often the rain would stop and we were able to see a glimpse of sunshine and it felt so good to see at least for a little awhile a clear sky.
Also the locals wore heavy dark warm jackets.

Anyone know about the Amsterdam Moevenpick? I got it for a $95 bid on Priceline for May 2-6. Appreciate info on food stores nearby. I know it's behind Central Station, and facilities are scarce. Could someone humor me with specifics? Thanks very much!
