In Athens are you looking for a "Quad" room, or for adjoining or connecting rooms?. You might look at Hotel Central (adjoining rooms end of corridor= about €100 per room), Hotel Cypria (ask for the new wing), HOtel Plaza has triples I don't know about quads, Hotel AVA has suites and a divine location , but I think is over your budget.
