Gatwick to Oxford transportation

A fast question - I just checked the website for the Oxford bus from Gatwick. I arrive in the morning and the first bus out of the airport is 2 pm! Does anyone have any suggestions? I don't really want to spend all my time in the airport.

thanks!

I find it hard to believe that there are that few buses. But, there are hourly trains to Reading, change there for a train to Oxford. Takes about 2 hours total.

On one schedule the earliest bus departs only at 2. The Oxfordx80 seems to leave an hour earlier which is at least a bit better. The schedule is only until June so hopefully I can board an earlier one. Thanks.

The earliest bus departs at 1 IN THE MORNING. From 7:15 throughout the morning, afternoon and evening, it departs hourly. What time does your flight land?

Is it possible you were confused by the times? UK times are listed on a 24-hour clock, so 0100 means 1:00 in the morning. 1300 would be 1:00 in the afternoon.

Thank you both - I actually come from a country where we use the 24hr clock...I don't know what happened there. And thank you!
