It's me again. The Chinese restaurant was called Shanghai Chinese Bistro. Wonderful place to eat.
Vancouver by the way is amazing! It is beautiful and it does remind me of europe somewhat. The water and mountains and climate are perfect and you can do day trips to Whistler Mountain or Victoria. I love it.
But you are right- Europe is someting very different and very exciting to experience. There really is nothing like it. natjgc

Natalie! Why aren't you asleep? Kidding. Don't you think Taggie has given us some wonderful and useful info on the Cotswolds? I'll see about getting Rick Steves. Maybe you can print out Taggies helpful hints. Hey Taggie, you seem like a very helpful and knowledgable person, especially concerning England. Please keep checking TALK EUROPE. I know I will have more questions. But in the interest of not dragging this out, I'll start a new thread "Calling Taggie." Hope thats okay, you've been great. Nat, I'll speak to you in the a.m. Nite, all.

I would also worry about this...if she backed out once, she could do it again...suppose you go ahead and include her and change your plans to accomodate her...and she backs out again at the last minute? She sound a little "iffy" to me, like she's not 100 per cent committed...

I haven't been to London, but I was dismayed to find that in Italy, a triple was often way way more expensive than a double! EEk! Not at all like in the U.S.A. Also, sometimes a little taxi ride within a city is cheap and convenient...but alas, taxis that wait at taxi stands don't carry 5 people, they only carry 4 people...

We travelled with 5 people, but that's because we're a family...me, my husband, my son, and 2 daughters. Can't leave out family!
