Herend - Present Tense village pottery

Does anyone know the name of the store in Szentendre, Hungry that carries the Herend village pottery - not the porcelain?

Thank you in advance.

ec, I tried looking this up for you because my husband and I have been collecting Herend for nearly twenty years, and I wanted to help a fellow Herend lover!! From what I can see, the town is full of shops selling Herend, although most of it seems to be the figurines, not the pottery. Nonetheless, it doesn't seem like such a large town that you couldn't easily find the store that has the pottery. Or you could send an e-mail directly to Herend and they'd help.

Walk down the main road and you will not miss the shop; I think it is on the left side coming from the train station (from Budapest)

Thank you dln for trying to help me out. I had also checked everything I could think of by doing an internet search - w/ no success.

Venexiano - thank you also. I know where the store is located (and you are right on about the one I am referring to), but what I am trying to find out is the name of it so I can write them or even better their email address. I know Hungrary is not one of the main destination countries, so I realize that finding out the name of the store is going to be a challenge. Thanks again.

You seem to be describing the road where the Marzipan Museum is. My guidebook tells me this is 12 Dumtsa Jeno utca.
My guidebook also mentions the "very helpful" Tourinform office(on the same street) phone 26/317-965 or www.szentendre.hu. Worth a try!
