Help please! Did not receive confirmation email and tickets from CoopCulture

I ordered 6 tickets from CoopCulture this morning and received an email confirming the credit card purchase but did not receive the confirmation email for those tickets even though I received both emails for 2 additional tickets sent to a different email address. I have searched the website for a way to contact them by email and did not find that information and have called repeatedly but always received a busy signal. Can anyone give me additionalinformation on how to contact them? Will the credit card confirmationa allow me to pick up the tickets at the Colosseum box office? Thanks for your help! Note: I have checked the spam folder.

There is a thread on tripadvisor started a few years ago that discusses these problems. Some say you need to pick up tickets at the site; others say a pdf allowing you to print at home is sent after the billing confirmation.

The latest info seems to be:
8) Can I print all my tickets at home?
Maybe. They have been allowing some tour tickets to be printed and others not. If you get a PDF attached to your confirmation email you can print at home. If not, just pick up your tickets onsite. You will still bypass the long ticket lines.

Thanks for your help. I was finally able to send an email describing my situation and asked them to send the PDF for the tickets to a different email address. They responded quickly and I have the PDF. It is labeled "ticket" and has a scannable code so I assume we will be able to enter with that. If not, we'll be there early to pick up actual tickets.
