Any of them..depending on budget
I mean, both Ibiza and Mallorca have good spots , not very touristy or party focused..but they usually are far more expensive than the others 
I think the mainland coast would work better for you. When do you plan to travel ? It can make a big differente.

Personally I like the north coast from San Sebastian westwards.
While SS itself might be a bit too trendy for this activity I'm sure the beaches further along will be accustomed to it.
Be aware though that this coastline is not as warm as down south and only August and early September are comfortable for sunbathing there.
