Heathrow Help

I have been trying to figure out which lounges are available and convenient for Continental/United Club members. We are also gold status with Continental and will be flying business/first.
We will be arriving into LHR from Houston and then on to Manchester with BMI --with quite a long layover.
Thanks for any help

CO flights from/to Houston use LHR terminal 4. There is no T4 lounge accessible to arriving CO passengers. You will need to transfer to T1 to catch your bmi flight and can use clubs there - either the Star Gold lounge in the duty free area or the bmi London Room near gate 6. More info and map at http://www.staralliance.com/en/benef...ounges/london/

If you are returning though LHR, those departing on CO from T4 can access the T4 SkyTeam lounge (yes, I know CO is no longer part of Sky Team, it is a contract lounge arrangement.)

Oops - forgot to add that as a Star Gold you can also access the bmi Great British Lounge also in T1 near the bmi gates.
