Been super busy and most people are not masking up.

It's been a pretty hot summer so far in Europe (it was 101 degrees the day we arrived in Paris mid-June), so do check on the temps. If you have a problem with heat. Whether you do or don't, remember most cities have public pools to cool off in, and they are generally unlike any public pool you find in the states. For example, in Salzburg, their public pool in the local park has 3 pools (one for kiddies), a beer garden and playground. It's more like a country club!
Yeah I heard the train issue was due to them making the prices super cheap? Like Ä9 train tickets or something. Iíll make sure to book in advance if I do that!

Likely your last trip wasn't since the first of this year - right? Everything about travel is in flux and there is less capacity than the number of people wanting to travel.

Its not because of cheap fares -- its because everyone in Europe and North American is trying to travel. And now with the delay in your start date you will be right in the middle of European and UK school holidays so the flights, sites, bookings and everything else will be even more crowded. So if this is a real trip - best of luck.

Italy trip was May 29 - June 12 of this year.Doing another trip since I got a job offer while on vacation so I wonít start until mid August

i donít mind skipping Europe if itís that bad. I could do Turkey instead, which seems like it would be less crowded
