I tried, twice, both times conceived the next month at home. Oh well. And NO, we're not going to keep trying until we do it!

Apparently it's a Japanese superstition that children conceived under the Northern Lights have a very auspicious beginning. So - I have been told there is a flourishing market in places like Yellowknife, Canada for tourists who require a tent and a few hours privacy. I wonder if any far north European locations that have this type of tourist?

Well, even if there was no success, this could be more fun "shopping" than most men would normally enjoy on vacation!

Apparently, I am the ultimate souvenir! My parents traveled through Europe in the summer of 1973 and I was born in March of 1974. They believe that I was concieved in a tent in a campground in Rome! I suspect this is why I have always felt an affinity for all things Italian!
