The train Hamburg-Berlin takes 1:36 and costs 124 Euros. Departure is hourly (9:18, 10:18 etc.).
The train Hamburg-Amsterdam takes 5:15 (or somewhat longer) and costs 158 or 178 Euros.
See www.bahn.de
For Beatles sites, you may look here:

If you google a bit you will find much more, including guided tours.

€124 is the "standard" price for a round trip to Berlin via Intercity Express (ICE). That is the highest price for Hamburg to Berlin.
Take a step down to an Intercity (IC) or Eurocity (EC) train and the price is €100 round trip.
Buy round trip tickets online 3 days in advance (SparPreis 25) and save 25% from those prices.
Buy round trip tickets online 3 days in advance and stay over a Saturday night (SparPreis 50), and you pay 50% of the standard price.
With the SparPreis tickets, anyone (up to four people) traveling with you pays half what you pay. Two people on ECs with a SparPreis 50 fare pay €75 round trip
Now through the end of March, there is a Hamburg-Berlin-Spezial, €29 round trip on ICs or ECs. Buy the ticket three days in advance online or for €5 more at a ticket counter. Return trip must be completed within a month of the outbound trip, March 31 at the latest.
