fodors comes through again: lots of options now, I am really looking forward to some great meals! normandy really sounds wonderful....I cannot wait!

Not that it really matters but Dinan is in Brittany, if you didn't know.

Hmm. Le P'tit Resto on rue de Bienvenu appears to have
been operating under that name for some time. However, according to a post this June on tripadvisor.fr from a resident of Bayeux, the equally well-regarded Au Ptit Bistro on rue Larcher has recently closed its doors.

To add to the confusion, there is also Le Petit Normand on rue Larcher where I dined some years ago. My recollection is that it was a very good meal. Better and more friendly service than at le Lion d'Or.

Well I didn't really go into the entire history of the restaurant to see the exact date the name changed. The point was that the name of the previous restaurant was changed to this one at some point before we went in 2012, and that the restaurant was good. When the exact date the name changed really doesn't matter.

I had a 2002 that I sold in 2008. I guess I better study my French before I go.
