Gide underground garage Uzes - question
Hello,
Several people have recommended using the Gide underground garage in Uzes when staying in town for a protracted period of time. I have emailed and called the garage to clarify how the process works - specifically whether the garage works via an access code provided by email or by a license plate reader. If the latter, the website advises that you can reserve using License plate z but can change the license plate connected with the reservation up to one hour before the reservation period begins. In English it says you can't change the license plate!
This is a potential sticking point for me because we are turning our leased car in one day before arriving in Uzes, so the license plate I have now is not the same as the one that will be on the rental car when we arrive. Does anyone have first-hand knowledge of how this garage works? If you do, I'd love to hear from you!
