Any recommendations for a hotel in Geneva for 4 college girls that is fairly inexpensive (under 50 or 60 euros per person per night) and in a good location? By in a good location I mean hopefully close to the train station and the center of town if that is possible. I'd rather be in the city center than close to the train station if not. Having one quadruple room would be great too but if not then 2 doubles would be fine as well. Thanks so much!

Try Geneva Hostel, I think that's the name. 10 min walk from the station, those areas are city center. Also youth hostel is nearby. Exceptionally well located for a youth hostel. Also 10 min walk from the sation + 2 min walk to the lake front.

Just in case I wasn't clear, Geneva Hostel and the youth hostel in Geneva are 2 different establishments in the same area, 5 minutes walk from each other and the youth hostel being closer to the lake.

If you are flexible about Geneva, there are a several good budget options, in Lausanne and Vevey which are 1 hour right on the train route out from Geneva.

For 50-60 euros per person, per night, you can do rather well in a nice hotel room instead of a hostel.
