Where: a pretty little village in the Finger Lakes area of western New York <BR>Status - female - married 38 years to a real sweetheart of a husband (except he doesn't like to travel) age 64. <BR>Likes: my family, my church, my friends, reading, fooling around with the computer, - TRAVEL!!! <BR>Dislikes - loose cards that fall out of magazines and end up under my chair. <BR>Goals: - Keep a list of 10 places I'd like to visit. When one is complete, I cross it off and add a tenth, so I am always looking forward to 10 trips.

Also, reading this forum recently! <BR> <BR>Dislikes: People who don't take personal responsibility for their actions, people who always have excuses for everything, flight delays/cancellations. <BR> <BR>Guilty pleasures: (2nd new category?) Brown-sugar-frosted PopTarts, Television--all categories, going skinny-dipping in our pool when no one's due to come over (have been surprised more than once!) <BR> <BR>Goals: Pay off all debt (to travel more, of course!), learn several languages at least somewhat passably, read more books, give back to my parents even HALF what they have given/sacrificed for me (impossible to do I know)

Fun thread! <BR> <BR>Location: DC area <BR>Status: Thirty-seven years old, <BR>am recently widowed, and have some wonderful step children. <BR>Occupation: Art dealer <BR>Hobbies: Theatre (and even some community theatre acting), Opera, shopping for antiques, flea <BR>markets, reading, and mostly, travel. <BR>Dislikes: Not many...traffic, having to own a car, cold weather. <BR>Goals: To own a home in Europe so I may live there 3 to 4 months in the winter. It needs to be tiny, on the sea, in need of tender loving care, and to be redocorated. I'd like to live a very simple life.
