For many years now I have been traveling countless kilometers across France and Italy doing research and interviews with fantastic chefs, farmers, winemakers, cheese producers, truffle hunters, and bakers. When they welcomed me into their homes, gardens, restaurant kitchens, and vineyards to learn alongside them by doing, they shared amazing histories and inspiring stories that made an impression on me for life. Through these remarkable moments, I became passionate about sharing experiences and connecting people.

It was then that I started organizing unique specialized gourmet itineraries in France and Italy. The essence of my business is to reveal the culinary heart and soul of Europe to others by going behind the scenes to interact with everyone from the animated vendors in the farmers markets to the world-renowned chefs of the finest temples of gastronomy. After twelve years, I still enjoy living between the glamour of the city and the charm of the country, seeking out those special places and people who are willing to teach through example and to share their stories with me.

As a Paris-based correspondent, I have organized exclusive gourmet visits for VIP clients in the entertainment, educational, corporate and private sectors. Ive worked with the Food TV Network to produce a television special filmed in France, acting as location scout, providing segment ideas, working with photographers, interviewing culinary giants, researching, writing, coordinating logistics, securing filming permits, translating and guiding.

Yes, I actually have a business doing what I love.

Wendy
