Three airlines fly non-stop between CDG and VIE. ~7 daily flights each on Air France and Austrian, and one on Air Berlin (maybe summer months only).
Since Vienna isn't served by many discount carriers, prices are kind of high. Or you can fly

I just used Austrian's site and it was quite easy. Because the last leg of the trip I booked is on Air France they had to mail me paper tickets, couldn't e-ticket. The staff was friendly and helpful.
They have 4 nonstop flights a day CDG-VIE. AF also has 3 nonstops per day.
