I haven't stayed in either but there are some recent reviews on www.tripadvisor.com for both hotels. You might want to take a look at them. From what I can tell, they don't look to be under $200 a night.
Did you search here for either, I know I read some recent talk about Relais du Louvre.
Might I also suggest that you do not type in all caps? It is considered shouting online and is difficult to read. Thanks.

Hi M,
Please turn off the CAPS LOCK, it is hard to read all caps.
We always stay at the Hotel Bonaparte, 61 Rue Bonaparte in the 6th. From 124E dbl w/bkfst. It is located near 3 metro stops. Has AC and an elevator.

to all who have replied to my very first chat room message. thank you and merci.
what is the best way to get from the airport(air france) to saint-honore? do the vans take you directly to your hotel or drop you off nearby. this is our first time in paris and we are very excited and looking forward to this trip. if there are any hints as what to do or see or not to see or stay out of certain places. would appreciate any information you can give.

hi Morgan, it will be an exciting trip, don't worry.
AS for the vans, if you book a private airport shuttle van (which holds 6-8 people), it will take you to your hotel. When I say private, I don't mean it will only be you, but a private company in comparison to those buses run by the city or the Air France airline (those aren't vans, though). An example is www.bee-shuttle.com or
http://www.paris-airport-shuttle.com/
The buses run by the city or AirFrance take you to one dropoff spot, not to your hotel, and then you'd have to figure out how to get from their to your hotel.
Taxis aren't too unreasonable for several people, but if you want to go to your hotel, pick a taxi or a private airport shuttle van.
The Relais du Louvre is a good choice, it's supposed to be a nice hotel.
