Hi I have a question about taking the ferry to Positano and getting to our Hotel Casa Maresca Residence
Via Lepanto 19/21, 84017 Positano SA, Italia. When getting off ferry are there taxis available?
I was looking on a map and I think the Hotel is pretty far from the ferry.. Any help would be grateful..Thanks

I would contact the hotel and see if they have someone that can meet you at the ferry.

Positano's dock is in a pedestrian zone.

It is a long walk to the road and there are stairs. If you are coming in with luggage then get the porters to run your luggage up to your hotel. It's about 8-10 euro per bag.

Are there porters on the dock at all times? How do I find them or should I contact them before hand?..

They know when the ferries dock and are usually there waiting and offering help. They put your bag on a motor bike with a trailer and it will be at your hotel when you arrive. You can ask your hotel to organise this for you if you prefer.
