Just came back from our trip in Italy. I higly recommand hotel Al Gazzettino in Venice. The price was so right with excellent location, few mintues to San Marcos square and 2 minutes to the Rialto Bridge. The friendly owner treated all guest with great hospitality and exceelent breakfast. Try to get a room with a canal view and you will love it especially for their rate compare to hotels in that area.

We had a canal view room for four (180Euro a night in early Feb 2004)).Excellent breakfast served by very warm and lovely owners.
