I am planning a family vacation in Europe and am wondering if there is a recommended web site with moderately priced hotels in major cities (Paris; Venice, etc.). Any advice is greatly appreciated. thanks

Some on this board feel they get better prices direct from the hotel but suggest using these websites for making selections. Hope this helps.

Its maybe not your thing but have you considered Youth Hostels?<BR><BR>very cheap.<BR>family rooms available.<BR>nice people.<BR>great opportinity to meet fellow travelers.<BR><BR>Go to a serch engine and type in Europe Hostels or similar.<BR>
