El Pastrami en Madrid
The venerable New York Jewish Deli opened up a pop-up in Madrid recently. It is closed now, but who knows in the future.

Who knows. Who thought molecular food would be the rage?
Tastes have changed dramatically in Spain.
In 1972, we ate what the owners thought was the first kosher restaurant in Madrid since the Inquisition. Maybe it was premature.
